President & Chief Executive Officer
A 26-year veteran of the technology industry, Kevin comes to NetPro with a strong history of sales and marketing leadership, as well as software operations, strategy, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions expertise. Prior to joining NetPro, Hickey served as the President & CEO of Apriva, Inc. and Homebid.com, leading both companies to acquisition by industry leaders. Kevin spent six years as President & COO at Viasoft, Inc., where he helped grow company revenues from $18 million to $83 million and assisted in a successful initial and subsequent public offering prior to its sale. He started his high-tech career at IBM, serving for 12 years in several key marketing and executive business management roles. He currently serves on the board of directors/advisory council of Shea Commercial, the Fiesta Bowl, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, and NetPro. Kevin graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Vice President of Product Strategy
Brad joined NetPro in 2003, bringing more than 16 years of network and IT experience. Previous to NetPro, he served as Director of Pre-Sales Consulting at Quest Software, where he directed the pre-sales consulting team and worked extensively with the Microsoft business unit on product direction and go-to-market strategies. Over the course of his career, he has also served as Manager of E-commerce Technology at Euler American Credit Indemnity and has held various consulting and IT analyst positions for both commercial and government accounts. Brad has traveled extensively to present conceptual and IT vision sessions, as well as sales and marketing presentations at trade shows and seminars throughout the world. In addition to an M.B.A, Mr. Hibbert holds many professional certifications including his MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, CNE 5.0, and CCNA.
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler provides NetPro with more than a decade of financial and accounting experience and expertise. Prior to joining NetPro, he served as CFO for Valley software firm Apriva, where he oversaw all financial, legal, human resources, manufacturing, and distribution operations. Prior to his tenure at Apriva, Tyler served as Vice President of Finance for Homebid.com, an Internet real estate service company acquired by Homestore.com in February 2001. Tyler got his start in finance working for KPMG, LLP for more than six years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl committee.
Expert-in-Residence
Gil Kirkpatrick is a well-known expert in the design and development of large-scale distributed software for enterprise networks. He is the recipient of a 2005 and 2006 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award and has more than 27 years of software development expertise. He is a recognized authority and renowned speaker on commercial network directories, including Banyan StreetTalk, Novell eDirectory, and Microsoft Active Directory. In his previous position as Director of Engineering, Gil was responsible for the development of directory management products for NetPro and served as the architect and lead engineer for its flagship product, DirectoryAnalyzer. Gil joined NetPro in 1994 when the company acquired his previous employer, High Technology Systems. He is the author of Active Directory Programming, published by MacMillan USA.
Chief Technical Officer
Mark brings to NetPro an impressive background of more than 20 years in high technology. In his role as Vice President of Technology Solutions and CIO, Mark leads the software development and technology acquisitions groups. Previously, he served as Vice President of Engineering for MediServe Information Systems, a producer of clinical workflow and documentation applications based in Tempe, Ariz. He also spent several years as CTO of Apriva Inc., a Scottsdale-based wireless infrastructure and applications company specializing in platform independent mobile transaction processing. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of DealTrack.com, a Homestore company, and CTO of its predecessor, Homebid.com. Additionally, Mark also led both the software development and ASP operations functions for the world’s largest developer/operator of hotel reservations systems, REZsolutions, Inc. (now Pegasus Solutions). He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, in Ontario, Canada, where he is a registered Professional Engineer. He also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Vice President of Sales
Kevin provides NetPro with an extensive sales and marketing background in the high technology sector. In his role as Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for sales operations in the United States. Prior to joining NetPro, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Intesource, Inc., a Phoenix-based start-up firm that supplies online procurement solutions. In his role at Intesource, Kevin was responsible for all operational functions within the organization, including sales, marketing, and client services. Prior to Intesource, he spent seven years with enterprise software system provider Viasoft, Inc., including two years as Vice President of Americas Operations with full responsibility for sales, sales support, and field marketing. He began his career with IBM in various sales and marketing management positions. Kevin graduated from Drexel University with a B.A.
Vice President of Worldwide Partner Sales
J.P. joined NetPro in 2003, bringing more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry and a successful track record of selling enterprise solutions to Global 2000 corporations. He is responsible for the worldwide direct and channel sales initiatives at NetPro, as well as its global partner program. Over the course of his career, J.P. has led a number of highly successful sales and marketing teams at such respected companies as Provance Technologies, Databeacon, FastLane Technologies (acquired by Quest Software), ObjectTime (now Rational Software Inc.), and Cognos. J.P. is a member of the advisory board of Magic River Software, OpenLava Software, and Tomoye, and is co-author of A Framework for Growth in High Technology Companies.
Vice President of Marketing
Kathy brings more than 20 years of high-tech marketing experience to NetPro. In her role as Vice President of Marketing, she provides leadership for strategic marketing programs worldwide, including messaging, branding and positioning, product marketing, demand generation, and Internet marketing. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for PatchLink Corp., a leading provider of patch and vulnerability management solutions. Previous to PatchLink, Kathy served as Director and Vice President of Marketing for Khimetrics and Apriva, respectively. Over the course of her career, Kathy has worked in numerous marketing leadership positions with such firms SalesLogix, Viasoft, and CyCare Systems. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
Vice President of Corporate Communications
Christine joined NetPro in 1997 with more than 15 years of communications and marketing experience. At NetPro, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, analyst and investor relations, internal communications, and the industry-leading DEC conference. Christine came to NetPro from the telecommunications industry, where she drove key marketing initiatives for both national and international long distance carriers. A former journalist, Christine launched her career as a writer and editor, working for such respected publications as Entrepreneur and Mutual Funds magazines. She holds a B.A. from the University of Denver.
Vice President of Professional Services
Steve brings a strong technology sales background to NetPro, where he is responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances, OEM arrangements, and programs to extend and support the NetPro mission to deliver best-of-breed security and management solutions to customers and partners. Most recently, Steve served as Vice President of Network Solutions for Calence, Inc., an Arizona-based consulting and services firm. While at Calence, Steve was responsible for all aspects of business development, leadership, and engagement management with customers. He formulated and executed numerous sales, organizational, and alliance strategies, driving strong year-over -year revenue growth for the company. Prior to Calence, Steve served in several strategic and technology roles with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
Vice President of International Sales
Throughout his 25-year IT career, Norris has worked in sales management roles at IBM Tivoli, Platinum Technology and CA, with extensive UK, European and US software sales and operational experience. Most recently, Norris was Sales Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Biometric Security, a provider of voice biometric technology. Earlier, he held a Managing Director role at Arcot Systems, a provider of authentication and IT security services.
